Frédéric is a business transformer and digital marketing expert. He works at Antaes Consulting helping companies and organisations to drive their digital transformation through data driven tools and methodologies.
He has acquired a solid international business acumen in different business industries such as software for professionals, business services and consumer goods through different strategic and operational jobs (e.g. marketing, sales, strategy, customer insights).
One of his most interesting professional challenges has been to establish and run a digital marketing and customer insights Centre of Excellence at RELX Group (world leading provider of professional information solutions in science, medical, risk, legal and business sectors - Top 100 Forbes World’s Most Innovative Companies in 2018).
What he likes the most ? ... is to connect dots not obviously associated and turn long-term vision into hands-on Go-To-Market strategy and plans while leveraging customer insights.
He strongly believes that companies do not leverage enough their data assets and insights associated with them. One of the reason stems from the difficulty to get business professionals and data related engineers understanding each other and collaborate efficiently.
It is one of the reason for which he followed the EPFL Extension School program: Applied Data Science: Machine Learning. He completed successfully the program in Sep. 2019.
