Automatic analysis of videotaped job applicants: Promises and limits

13:30-14:00, January 29 @ 4A

Talk/ Overview

Companies use algorithms that can extract social skills and personality from videotaped job interviews. In this talk, we will discuss the promises and pitfalls of algorithms extracting person information from video and how and whether companies should include them in their recruitment procedures.
