Andrey Ignatov joined the ETH Zurich in 2015 as a master student, and is currently doing his PhD at the Computer Vision Lab. His main line of research is focused on image restoration and automatic image quality enhancement, adaptation of AI applications for mobile devices, and benchmarking machine learning hardware. Andrey is leading the ETH AI Benchmark project aimed at AI performance assessment of smartphones, desktop GPUs and CPUs, and other deep learning hardware. He is the main author of AI Benchmark papers describing the current state of deep learning and AI hardware acceleration on mobile devices.
