Buffy Price is responsible for identifying and managing long-term and project-based partnerships in non-profits, international organizations and the public sector to develop reusable AI/ML tools that contribute to solving problems facing people and the planet. Prior to Element AI, she spent 7 years as a Senior Advisor at Amnesty International, providing strategic advice and support to Senior Management on development initiatives to enable Amnesty to adapt and respond to emerging trends and issues. She has also worked in sustainable development, animal welfare, film, as a Parliamentary Researcher and in high-net-worth fundraising. Buffy is currently a trustee of International Disaster Volunteers (IDV) which supports communities that have been affected by, or are vulnerable to, natural disaster.
