I am a Senior Researcher at ETH Zurich. My work at the Machine Learning and Computational Biology Lab centers around the development and implementation of machine learning models to extract knowledge from patients’ clinical and omics data. My work in genome-wide association studies helped push forward the state-of-the-art in multi-locus association models.
