David Adamson is a research scientist at Turnitin, guiding R&D on formative writing feedback. He was the co-founder of the ed-tech startup LightSide Labs, and was formerly a PhD student at Carnegie Mellon University's Language Technologies Institute. But he started his career as a secondary school teacher, and his heart has never left the classroom.
