Dorthe Malmqvist is the Project and Portfolio Leader at IFF, driving the Digital Transformation Initiative for the Global R&D organization.
 
During her career, Dorthe has worked with global change management related to strategy, organization, company values, integration, and now digital transformation.

Dorthe holds a Master of Arts (MA) English / French focused on international communications from Aarhus University in Denmark.
