I am a data scientist and researcher working at the United Nations Institute in Macau on technology and SDGs as well as AI ethics in the humanitarian sector. I am also the Director of the Inclusive Technology Lab at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law, and a lecturer in international cooperation at the Université de Montréal.
