My research interests focus on two main topics. First, I am interested in understanding why people behave unethically, through a person-situation perspective. I am particularly interested by the justification strategies individuals use in different situations to render acceptable their unethical behaviors. Second, in collaboration with Prof. Schmid Mast, I study how the use of virtual reality in training can help individuals learning interpersonal skills such as public speaking skills.
