Mireille Moser is working at Nestlé Research in the department of Digital Food Safety. She focalized on extracting information from various data sources (eg: research data, internal monitoring data, Food and Feed Safety alerts, national monitoring of veterinary drug residues....) and collaborates with field experts to incorporate their knowledge in final applications. She had co-author several publications in peer-reviewed journals.
