Prasanna is a Partner at Synpulse Management Consulting and leads their Regulatory, Risk and Compliance practice. He has close to 20 years' experience in banking consulting, with focus on regulatory, risk and compliance topics.

His expertise includes investment suitability, fraud risk management, financial crime compliance, surveillance, ESG amongst others with focus on both data, AI/ML and target operating model. He has deep experience in wealth management and has led large-scale business transformations in the industry.

Prasanna lives with his family in Singapore and holds a Masters degree from NTU in Finance and Strategy.
