Dr Scarlet Schwiderski-Grosche is a Director of Outreach at Microsoft Research Cambridge. She drives strategic research partnerships with academic institutions in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region, especially the Swiss Joint Research Center with EPFL and ETH Zurich and the Inria Joint Center with Inria in France. Moreover, Scarlet leads academic collaborations around optical storage and networking in the Optics for the Cloud Research Alliance and around security and trust in Confidential Computing.
