Seddik holds a PhD in Data Science and Complex Network Theory applied to Air Traffic Management from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM), Spain. He has extensively taken part in European Research Projects (e.g. SESAR SJE, H2020) related to Aviation and was the lead researcher in a ML based research project. In his current position as a ML expert, Seddik is now developing solutions in an operational air traffic control center (EUROCONTROL MUAC) including a new set of tasks related to operational implementation (user validation, monitoring, safeguards, etc.).
