Therence Bois is a Co-founder & COO of Valence Discovery, a research group specializing in AI for drug discovery. In 2023, Valence Discovery was acquired by Recursion Pharmaceutical, a prominent AI-first biotech company. Therence now leads the product and translational research team at Valence Labs, a semi-autonomous research group within Recursion.

Before starting Valence, Therence pursued his PhD in Molecular and Cellular Medicine at the Montreal Clinical Research Institute (IRCM). He was also part of the initial team of Front Row Ventures, the first student-run venture capital firm in Canada, where he now serves on the board of directors.
