Wissem obtained a BSc in Computer Science at EPFL, then MSc in Communication Systems with a specialisation in Machine Learning. His main research areas at EPFL focused on Graph learning. 
Wissem is currently developing NLP and Speech Recognition solutions at Swisscom to better understand and serve their customers.
