Ekkehard Ernst is Chief of the Macroeconomic Policies and Jobs Unit at the International Labour Organization, where he analyses the impact of technological change and macro policies on productivity, employment, wages and inequality. His current focus lies on understanding trends in the Future of Work. Together with his team he analyses on how artificial intelligence, demographic shifts, globalization, climate change and political vagaries might unfold in the world of work.
