Vincent Graf Narbel joined the ICRC in 2015 as ICT Innovation Officer after more than 15 years in the private sector. Vincent is currently working as Strategic Technology Adviser in the ICRC Digital Transformation & Data team. He focuses on the developments of AI and distributed systems with a strong emphasis on privacy, security and ethics in general. Vincent holds a Master in Mathematics from the Swiss Polytechnical School of Lausanne (EPFL).
