There is a gap today between state-of-the-art artificial intelligence and its applications in the industry. Companies are mature enough today and are ready to adopt this new technology. However, a majority of them struggle to find use cases with impact. 
Why? Mainly because of these two reasons:
- integrate AI requires today a huge upfront investment before having any return.
- the experts with AI skills have usually a strong academic background but little business acumen.
We support our clients in two steps. First, we listen to their needs and establish roadmaps with them by interviewing process experts (bottom-up). In a second step, we aggregate recurrent needs in an industry to prototype and build SaaS products using our "AI-toolbox".  This approach allows us to make sure that our solutions respond to real needs and limits investment/risk for our clients.
