EmailTree AI comes as an end-to-end solution to increase email productivity, automate email composition and trigger automatic actions in databases. NLP/NLU, ML and RPA techniques are used. 
The knowledge built can also be applied for other types of texts inputs like sms, scan, Facebook, Twitter, chatbot, etc. and inject it in the same automation flows.
We started with emails automation and we are growing to HyperAutomation using the modules we are building: "Observer" (process mining), "Understanding & actions prediction", "Factory" (RPA).
Our paying customers are Orange, Proximus Tango, EDF France, etc., the solution is used by their customer services.
