Mindsay's mission is to provide one-to-one customer care at scale through conversational assistants. We are working with large companies in the Airlines, Airport, Transport, and Travel industries, to provide them with intelligent chatbots for their customer service needs.
We have developed an innovative conversational model on which we were able to achieve very good performance on all aspects of the conversational pipeline: language understanding, entity detection, automatic dialogue evaluation, etc. We are also state-of-the-art in the development of innovative self-learning chatbots, using reinforcement learning to enable our agents to leverage past conversations to improve autonomously with minimal human intervention.

Neural Concept Shape (NCS) is the commercial and industrial implementation of a software package developed at EPFL’s computer vision laboratory over the last 4 years. NCS is the first Deep-Learning software specifically tailored for Computer Assisted Engineering application.
