xtream is a young and innovative consulting company. Our mission is to bridge the gap between the innovativeness and expertise of the academic world and the concrete needs of companies. Machine Learning and Data Engineering are our favourite tools. In the last year, we designed and implemented forecasting models for power and natural gas demand, as well as for the price of energy commodities (power, coal, natural gas, …). They are currently used by some major Italian energy providers.

Why xtream at AMLD? Three main reasons: first, we would like to share our view about what it really takes for ML to become "applied" in the real world; second, our ever-growing business needs new talents to expand further; third, we are constantly looking for new ideas and new fields where our expertise may be applied.
