Traditional Chatbots are based on intent detection. In this presentation Dennis will present a chatbot called Dori that enables citizens to access knowledge from different data sources. Dori’s knowledge is stored in a Knowledge Graph: the advantage of this architecture is that it can scale, it is possible to trace back how the answers are computed and where the corresponding data is coming from.
