While gaining momentum across various domains, AI-based solutions are often subject to skepticism and distrust coming not only from external stakeholders (i.e., customers or regulators) but also from internal stakeholders. This talk will focus on the challenges of building internal stakeholders’ trust in the design and implementation of AI-based solutions used to support decision-making processes inside a company. It will also lay out the elements of a strategy that could be adopted to overcome these challenges.
