This study explores the possibility to accurately predict the outcome of votes taken by the Swiss National Council based on Machine Learning Models using Natural Language Processing and publicly available data. The best model is tested during the upcoming session of the Swiss parliament. Risks and opportunities of Machine Learning Models on the legislative process are also addressed.
