Dr. Agata Ferretti is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Health Ethics & Policy Lab, Department of Health Sciences and Technology, ETH Zurich. Agata’s background is in philosophy, bioethics and global health policy. Her PhD, supported by the Swiss National Science Foundation, focused on the ethics and governance of big data in health research and digital health. Agata’s academic interests include big data and AI ethics in the health sector, quality assurance of health apps, neuroethics, oversight mechanisms for biomedical research, and global health policy. Currently, she is exploring the ethical and policy implications of digital technologies for the promotion of young people’s health in low- and middle-income settings.
