Dan has a PhD in Computer Science from Paris-6 University. He has a background in computer networks and applied maths. After a post-doc on smart-grids at EPFL, he moved to industry. In 2016 he joined Swisscom as a Data Scientist/Engineer. He is currently Research Director at the Digital Lab, Swisscom's applied research unit specialised in data analytics and AI.
