Melissa works at bol.com, the largest e-commerce platform of the Benelux, serving more than 15 million active customers & offering more than 25 million items.
She mainly focused on how to make teams & departments more data aware, created useful KPIs and data science models to become more data driven. Next to that she developed the right data (science) roles & have set up data heavy product teams.
Her background is in marketing intelligence & business administration at the University of Groningen.
Currently she is the lead of the Customer Service Datalab team at bol.com.
