Portrait image of Pierre Segonne

Pierre Segonne is an engineer and (data) science enthusiast working for electricityMap, where he is responsible for ensuring that the final electricityMap's data is of sufficient quality to enable the decarbonisation of electricity grids worldwide.
Pierre received a double degree in applied mathematics from École CentraleSupélec and the Technical University of Denmark, with a thesis on robust uncertainty quantification using neural networks supervised by Pr. Søren Hauberg.
Working for electricityMap, Pierre is able to combine his desire to mitigate climate change with non trivial technical challenges.
