Raphael Meier is a Scientific Project Manager at armasuisse S+T and the Cyber-Defence Campus. In his role, Raphael conducts scientific research at the intersection of machine learning and visual disinformation. Furthermore, he supports clients from the Federal Department of Defence, Civil Protection and Sport (DDPS) in projects involving data science and cyber defence. Raphael Meier has a background in biomedical engineering and informatics. He holds a master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering (2013) and a PhD in Biomedical Engineering (2017) from the University of Bern, where he specialized in machine learning for the analysis of medical imaging data.
