Vittorio Erba is currently a research scientist at the Statistical Physics of Computation (SPOC) lab at EPFL, where he works on machine learning and high-dimensional statistics using tools from statistical physics. He received his PhD in theoretical physics at the University of Milan, working on data structure in machine learning and random combinatorial optimization problems.
