Unit8's has delivered a multitude of AI projects over the past years. One of them was helping a leading pharmaceutical company, support their production line optimisation efforts, using Advanced Analytics and AI. Based on this case study, I want to explore why AI projects often feel like a first date, what are success factors of good AI projects and how Data Science and AI teams can take steps in building a lasting relationship for AI projects within their company.
