Swisscom deals with millions of customer requests per year; on many channels (from phone calls and webchat to faxes or even paper letters) and in several languages (actually many languages if we include all the Swiss German dialects). In this talk I'll explain how we automate and optimize some of these interactions and what are the challenges we've faced and are still facing.
