In this talk we present how Raiffeisen Data Science supports client advisors in their sales by providing customer specific information generated with ML applications. We built a MLOps framework, which based on a sophisticated data architecture and production ready code templates allows to train, implement and deploy ML applications within only a few days. This is used, for example, to generate explainable, personalized sales opportunities and has improved the conversion rate.
