Arnout is doing a PhD in Computer Science at EPFL in collaboration with the MIT-IBM Watson AI Lab. His research focuses on increasing the versatility of machine learning systems. He is a recipient of the EPFLinnovators doctoral fellowship, funded by Marie Skłodowska-Curie, which supports young researchers in pursuing entrepreneurship throughout and after their PhD. Previously, he did machine learning research at Stanford University, and obtained a Master's in CS at USC and a Bachelor's in EECS at KU Leuven.
