Track / Overview

Artificial intelligence is a general purpose technology that affects every domain of our lives. AI can spot patterns, understand natural speech, recognize emotions, etc. This keynote session discusses the various ways in which AI may transform the Economy. The session brings on stage individuals from policy circles, the business world, and academia who will talk about topics such as whether AI kill jobs, or create ever more jobs, how global competition for jobs affect our labor markets, how workers get connected to jobs, how AI affects our hiring decisions, or how we can continue to guarantee social protection in a world disrupted by AI.
