Talk / Overview

How can we measure the experience of guests onboard of aircrafts? How can we reduce food waste, react to improperly cooled champagne, or too-salty chicken? Daily, millions of meals are served onboard of aircrafts and thousands of cabin attendance are providing written feedback on all services, generating enormous amounts of information for answering these questions. Fortunately, with the help of artificial intelligence, we can tackle this challenge and analyze these large treasure chests of data to provide easily digestible insights. In this talk, we demonstrate two use cases from the Lufthansa Group how an artificial intelligence can measure food waste and how large numbers of written feedbacks are analyzed in a few seconds.
