T-DAB are working with a machine manufacturer that develops can bodymakers. Each Bodymaker can produce around 350 cans per minute, unless there is a tear-off Tear-offs are resolved by removing tooling from the machine and cleaning out scrap cans causing a lost production of 100,000 cans/day, T-DAB have found a solution using a Remaining useful life ML model running at the edge to predict when a tear-off will happen, allowing a operator to intervene
