Isabelle is a National Councilor, an expert in Executive Education, an aspiring Futurist and is passionate about the Future of Work & Skills.

After 10+  years in leading positions in Executive Education, Isabelle has founded the Future Skills LAB @ HEC Lausanne | UNIL, where she leads collaborative and co-creation research projects aiming at identifying the skills that individuals need to develop today to thrive tomorrow.
