Giulio Cornelio Grossi is a particle physicist who worked in the field of Data Science for particle physics research at the CERN LHC for 6 years.
After his Ph.D. and a post-doctoral contract, he moved to the Finance sector, obtaining an MBA in Finance at the Geneva Business school and a CFA Level 1.
He now works as a Quantitative portfolio manager at One Swiss Bank in Geneva, where he manages about 200 million CHF with a quantitative approach based on derivatives. He is also responsible for the portfolios automation infrastructure and R&D of the bank's quantitative approaches.
Passionate about Data Science, Process Automation, and Development he loves to use the Full Technical Stack to create business value, combining a highly technical profile with a business-oriented mentality.
