Guillaume Jaume received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering specialized in information technology from the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), Switzerland, in 2017. He is currently working toward his Ph.D. degree as part of a collaboration between the LTS5 lab at EPFL and IBM Research – Zurich. His research focuses on relational reasoning and deep learning on graphs with applications in medical image analysis. He is currently working on building computational pathology tools that fuse computer vision techniques and graph neural networks to identify, analyse and grade tumor regions in histology images.
